SOGS Summer/Autumn Programme 2009

Sept 20th SOGS annual day out. Visit to Centre for Alternative Technology. Leave Shrewsbury 9.am. Booking essential.

Sunday 4^th October. “Chairman’s treat”. A social day, with do it yourself trug making workshop, a wander around the garden and bring and share lunch. Baschurch. 11am - 4pm.

Wed November 4th 'The Good Soil Project' Worcester. Talk by members of the project.

Wed December 2nd Bring and share Xmas party.

Wed February 3rd.'The mysteries and magic of organic gardening' talk by Derek Jones

Sat February 6th Potato Day. Over 50 varieties of seed potato, sold per tuber. Lunches, refreshments, advice, raffle etc. Nesscliffe Village Hall, 10-4 Entrance free.

Wed March 3rd. Update rom Fordhall Farm. Charlotte Hollins tbc.

Wed April 7th AGM with member's talks.

All talks take place at St Chad’s Church Hall, Shrewsbury at 7.30pm.

Members free, non-members £1. Refreshments available.
